1. Use of the Website

The Website and its content are provided “as is” for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, sell, distribute, or modify any content on the Website without prior written permission from the Operator.
Any attempt to disrupt the Website’s operation or compromise its security is strictly prohibited.

Some services on the Website may require registration. Users must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false details is a criminal offense and may result in legal action.

2. Products and Services

The Website serves as an online sales platform for the company’s products.
The Operator may modify the list of products, prices, discounts, or promotions at any time and without notice.

3. Orders and Payments

Orders are placed via an online order form.
Payment is made by credit card or PayPal and will be processed only after approval from the payment provider.

Once an order is approved, a purchase confirmation will be sent to the customer by email.
Product prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

If a product is out of stock, we will contact the customer to arrange a replacement or refund.

The Operator may cancel an order in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Payment was not approved

  • An error occurred in product details or pricing

  • Suspicion of unlawful activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Options

  • Self-pickup from the store (address to be confirmed)

  • Home delivery within 3–5 business days

Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays.
During sales periods, delivery delays may occur.

Shipping Terms

  • Deliveries are handled by an external courier company and are subject to their terms.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • The Operator is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or force majeure (such as war, strikes, extreme weather, etc.).

  • If an incorrect address is provided, the customer will be charged an additional shipping fee.

5. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations and returns follow the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.

  • A purchase may be canceled or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • A cancellation fee of 5% of the product price will apply.

  • Product exchanges are subject to a 35 ₪ shipping fee, not including the cost of sending the product back to us.

  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and without damage.

  • Products that are damaged or whose packaging has been opened cannot be returned.

For cancellations or returns, contact us. Please include the order number.

6. Liability and Limitation of Liability

The Operator is not liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from:

  • Use of the Website or reliance on its content

  • Delays or failures in product delivery due to external factors

  • Errors or inaccuracies in Website content

  • Unauthorized access or technical malfunctions

Use of the Website is at the user’s sole responsibility. The Operator shall not be held liable for any damages arising from such use.

7. Intellectual Property

All Website content—including text, design, images, graphics, code, icons, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of the Operator and is protected under Israeli and international copyright laws.
You may not copy, distribute, publish, translate, or use any part of the content without prior written permission.

Use of the Website constitutes consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the policy.

The Operator may, at its sole discretion, restrict or terminate a user’s access to the Website at any time and without prior notice in cases of violation of the Terms or illegal activity.
The Operator may also block users or IP addresses at its discretion.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel.
Exclusive jurisdiction for any matter relating to these Terms shall be in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
