Product Delivery and Shipping Terms
Products will be delivered only after payment authorization has been received from the credit card company and/or PayPal account.
Once payment is approved, the product will be delivered to the address provided by the customer during checkout.
The Website undertakes to supply the products within the stated delivery timeframe but reserves the right to adjust delivery times for special or custom-made products that require additional preparation time.
The Operator will make every effort to ensure that products are delivered as quickly as possible.
Delivery times include business days only (Sunday–Thursday) and do not include Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, or holidays.
Deliveries are handled by an external courier company, in accordance with the courier’s terms, delivery areas, and coordination with the recipient.
If the courier company is unable to deliver the package to the customer’s address for any reason, the Website management will update the customer and work to find an alternative solution suitable for both parties.
Shipping Costs
Shipments are made via a courier company, and the courier’s terms apply to the customer.
In addition to the product price, the customer will be charged a shipping fee as displayed at checkout, based on the selected delivery method and the shipping rate table determined by the Website management, unless stated otherwise.
Shipping fees are paid together with the product payment.
Delays and Force Majeure
The Website shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver products caused by:

Force majeure events, including war, military operations, state of emergency, natural disasters, or any other event beyond the Website’s control.

General strikes or strikes involving service or goods providers.

Any other cause beyond the control of the Website or the company.

Circumstances related to the courier company.
Customer Responsibility
The customer must notify the Website immediately if the product is not delivered within the stated timeframe. In such a case, a new delivery date will be scheduled, and the delivery period will be recalculated from the new coordination date.
The customer must ensure that all personal details (address, phone number, email, etc.) are entered accurately.
If the shipment is returned to the company due to incorrect details, the customer will be charged an additional fee for reshipping and handling.
